Paper and document admission, registry, routine delivery, postage, transference from Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) to Electronic Information Management System (EBYS) and circulation of the documents created by and of which sending type is chosen as KEP,

Internal and External Correspondence,

Physically and electronically archiving of agenda, announcements, decisions, and correspondence of University Administrative Board and the Senate, and bookbinding the above-mentioned documents at the  and of the year,

Archiving the processed paper and documents,

In case of establishing, modifying, and updating new organizational units, acquiring “Administrative Unit Identity Codes” from Electronic Public  Information Management System (KAYSİS); or making data entry to KAYSİS in case of any closure of the units,

The procedures of Official Seal or Embossed Seal imprinting,

Inventory Register and Control procedures,

To finalize the demands and complaints submitted to the system as the Authorized Body of the project named “Açıkkapı” which is carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs through governorates,

Conducting the procedures regarding Rectorate Workplace Health and Safety Unit,

 

10

Keeping up-to-date records of Laws, Regulations, Circulars, Directives, and Rules – Procedures,

Keeping the records of the names of the Commisions, Boards, Committees, Representatives, and Coordinators etc,

 

12

Keeping the Protocols and Bilateral Cooperation Agreements in the unit’s archive upon the completion of the distribution of the documents with cover letter to the units concerned,

 

13

Preparation of the reports for the annual activity plans.
